Job Description:

Alliance Land Surveyors is seeking a skilled and dedicated Land Survey Party Chief to lead field operations with precision and professionalism. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate data collection, client satisfaction, and quality control. If you’re a detail-oriented individual with experience in surveying and leading field crews, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and conduct field surveys, including boundary, ALTA, title, and topographic surveys.
• Set up, adjust, and operate survey equipment, including total stations, GPS, and data collectors.
• Collaborate with office staff to ensure seamless data transfer and communication on project requirements.
• Maintain clear and concise field notes, sketches, and records of survey data.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Party Chief or in a similar field surveying role.
• Knowledge of survey equipment.
• Ability to interpret plans, maps, and legal descriptions.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
