Our globally renowned, multi-disciplinary real estate consultancy client are currently looking to add at least two Assistant/Building Surveyors to their growing Manchester team.
Considering their current pipeline of work, experience within a Commercial Surveying role/environment would be a key requirement. Exposure to work within Retail and Industrial sectors would also be beneficial, but not essential.
You would be joining a team of top performers, giving you a huge advantage if you are looking to develop your current skillset and want to be amongst some of the top earners in the industry (without the ego).
Responsibilities:
- Service client accounts within Manchester and surrounding area
- Further develop existing client relationships
- Carry out instruction from more senior members, learning best practices from those same individuals
- Build brand awareness where possible, which will include attending local industry events on occasion
Requirements:
- Up to 6 years post-graduation experience within a Building Surveying role is essential
- Previous experience of working within the Manchester market would be advantageous, but not essential
- An eagerness to develop your career with a top organisation
- Drive to reach MRICS status further down the line, with the assistance of a top learning pathway
On offer:
- Salary ranging from £28,000 - £45,000 DOE
- Performance bonus of up to circa 20%
