In the role of a professional land survey manager, you will direct survey crew staff and drafting technicians, maintain client relations, and lead in elevating the technical expertise of the entire team. Your guidance will be pivotal in ensuring quality assurance/quality control, and your advisory role on complex projects will shape the trajectory of success.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
  • 8 to 10+ years of experience preferred.
  • Must be registered as a professional land surveyor in Arkansas or willing to become registered.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites, as required. 
  • The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
