Quantity Surveyor [ Metal / Steel / Autocad / Civil / Construction / Claim / Tender / BQ / Office based ]

Singapore - from the sub-contractors. Preparing periodical management reports for individual projects. Able to prepare Autocad shop drawing for the projects. Responsible for checking the specification and purpose of tender project, prepare quantity taking off and cost estimation for tendering. Assist with other Ad-hoc duties as required by contract team. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Quatity Surveying / Building Services or its equivalent 2-3 years' experience in local construction industry
