A University Degree and certification in, or training related to any of the following designations are considered assets: AACI Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute - Appraisal Institute of Canada, CRA Certified Residential Appraiser - Appraisal Institute of Canada, SR/WA Senior Right of Way Professional - International Right of Way Association, NSLS Nova Scotia Land Surveyor, CET Certified Engineering Technologist.
