Licensed Land Surveyor **Location:** Panama City, FL **Organization:** Buchanan & Harper, Inc. **Date Posted:** 03/11/2021 **Education:** Bachelor's **Position Type:** Full-Time Job Description & Details ========================= **Description & Nature of Work:** Buchanan & Harper, Inc. is in search of a licensed land surveyor capable of performing a wide range of services, including the following: Boundary surveys, topographic surveys, route surveys, hydrographic surveys, mean and ordinary high water surveys, tree surveys, wetland delineation surveys, subdivision and land platting, condominium surveys, and construction layout.Surveyor will oversee field crew, CAD technicians, and surveying projects as a whole. **Examples of Duties:** Surveying: * Boundary surveys, topographic surveys, route surveys, hydrographic surveys, mean and ordinary high water surveys, tree surveys, wetland delineation surveys, subdivision and land platting, condominium surveys, and construction layout.  Management: * Overseeing multiple field crew members, CAD technicians, and office personnel. * Managing jobs, completion timelines, files, and correspondence with clients. **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** * Knowledge of legal requirements for various aspects of surveying. * Knowledge of Field Crew tools and software. * Proficient with Office products(Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) * Proficient in math and number-based equations. * Able to multi-task job duties and projects in timely manners. * Able to accurately and efficiently work with others.
