This is a six month "contract to hire" placement: After six months of work, this position would receive a permanent offer from the firm provided they had satisfactory performance. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Perform Boundary & Topographic Surveys and Construction Layout. Make exact measurements and determine property boundaries. Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features for engineering, mapmaking, mining, land evaluation, construction, and other purposes. Conduct project relate research at municipal and government agencies. Process field data and notes for drafting purposes. Interpret survey related maps and construction plans
