Clerk of Works - Sites in N.E London / Essex / Hertfordshire

A leading multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy is looking for an experienced Clerk of Works to join their team. You would join a growing company with over 200 employees, based over several offices nationally. This role will be primarily focussed on new build residential sites with a value of between £1 million and £100 million. The sites are all based in N.E London, and surrounding home counties, namely Essex, Hertfordshire, so you must be able to operate around this area easily. The office you will be based out of is in South East London, but this is less important than the location of the sites, that said if you are based in this area or Kent and are happy to travel to your sites in the location specified then that's fine. A driving licence and vehicle are essential for this role.

Experience wise, you should have several years practical construction experience, and have a solid understanding of the Clerk of Works role, ideally in a construction consultancy setting, however this is not essential. You must be completely up to date on building regulations, have up to date technical knowledge, and be able to manage client expectations.
